365 Moments is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Google Account Information

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. We access only the minimum information necessary:

• Email address - For account identification
• Profile picture - For display in the app

Your Video Moments

Your video clips and images are stored in your own Google Drive account in a dedicated folder called "365 Moments". We never store your media files on our servers.

App Usage Data

We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage statistics from the app.

Local Storage

The app may store minimal data locally on your device for:

• Theme preference
• Reminder settings
• Session information

How We Use Your Data

• Authentication - We use your Google account to identify you and save your clips to your Google Drive
• Video compilation - When you create a compilation, the video is processed using FFmpeg and temporarily stored for download
• Notifications - If you enable reminders, we use local notifications on your device only

Data Storage

All your video moments are stored exclusively in your Google Drive account. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting clips directly from the "365 Moments" folder in your Google Drive
• Revoking the app's access from your Google account settings

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Drive - For storing your video moments and authentication
• FFmpeg - For video processing (runs locally on your device or on our server)

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app.
